A comfort movie for me has always been Snow White and The Seven Dwarves. The wishing well scene strikes my soul no matter how much I watch it. “Oh Well” plays with the iconography of hope, commenting on the exhaustion of being hopeful even when there is a lack of hope. The movie is filled with innocence and glee, qualities I see reflected in myself. This necklace illustrates the fighting through the past and fighting for the future.
